Refund Policy

Because we sell digital products and online courses that are delivered instantly, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Digital products
Due to the nature of downloadable goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right or issue a refund.
2. Courses
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- Refunds are not available once a significant portion of the course has been accessed, as the content has been consumed.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@dua9.agency with your order reference. Refunds are processed through Gumroad to your original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
