By accessing or using Dua9 Digital Vault (a product of Dua9 AI Agency), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

2. Purchases & payments

All payments are processed securely through Gumroad. Prices are listed in USD. On successful payment you receive access to the purchased digital product or course.

3. Licence & acceptable use

• Digital products and course content are licensed to you for personal use; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them.
• Course videos are provided on a stream-only basis. Downloading, ripping, or re-hosting course videos is prohibited.
• Sharing your account or course access with others is not permitted.

4. Course access

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, course enrollments include lifetime access for the purchasing account. Availability of individual lessons may change as courses are updated.

5. Intellectual property

All content remains the property of Dua9 AI Agency or its licensors. No ownership is transferred by purchase.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for piracy or abuse, without refund.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
